First Anniversary Present

My wife and I had our first anniversary recently.

The first anniversary present is supposed to be paper, so I put photos from our wedding into an antique locket with an abalone cover and an antique wooden picture frame as two of her anniversary presents.

If you're approaching your first anniversary and this appeals as a gift idea, be in touch.

The back of the picture frame is actually my favorite thing about it.

The locket was missing the frame on the left side, so I engraved it with the date of our first anniversary.

  1. JB, this is so cool. Such a creative and beautiful 1st anniversary gift!

  2. JB, I LOVE this. Where did you find that locket?? I may show this to Joel and hint...

  3. Hi JB! A friend of yours just directed me to this post! I'm so happy that you liked the locket - and the engraving is just perfect - like it was always meant to be there.

  4. I love your post about your sentimental anniversary gift! I'd love to share a really sentimental and one-of-a-kind anniversary gift idea that is good for any anniversary with your readers :)
