Kelli & Paul's wedding was an incredible introduction to SF.
They had their first dance at a dive bar in the Mission District with a jukebox providing the music. How cool is that?
Kelli and her maid of honor, designer Alison Garvey, bought flowers at a local shop and created their own arrangements.
The one on the left is more stern than the average wedding portrait, but there is something so beautiful about it to my eye.
City Hall in San Francisco is one of the most beautiful wedding venues I've ever seen.
Kelli and Paul choosing a song from a jukebox at the dive bar that they dropped into for their first dance.
Kelli's brother dropped champagne at the bar the day before and this friendly bar tender had it nice and cold when they arrived.
Kelli's maid of honor, Alison, hosted the reception at her house in Bernal Heights.
Kelli and Paul were the fourth generation in his family to toast with these champagne glasses on their wedding day.
One of the most delicious things I have ever put in my mouth:
Kelli brought her grade-school depiction of her ideal man as show and tell. Incredible toast.
A detail of the previous shot. My favorite conditions: 1) no long hair, 2) no jean shorts OR tank tops, 3) over 5'11".
Alison surprised Kelli and Paul with a pinata she'd made .
Alison also hid an oversized fortune for Kelli & Paul inside the fortune cookie-shaped pinata.
KP, thanks for having me. It was a pleasure.
